FERJESY DTA series DEUTZ generator set selects F series air cooled DEUTZ engine from Sino-Germany joint venture companies in China. It also includes alternator, base frame, connecting flange, fuel tank, and control system,etc..
1. The characteristic of F series air cooled DEUTZ engine:
1) The average temperature of the cylinder cover can be up to 170℃, which is higher than ambient air temperature,so it is suitable for high temperature area
2) It doesn’t need anti-frozen liquid,it can be well started and work reliably even at -35℃,
3) It doesn’t have water cooled system, so it doesn’t have the troubles, such as erosion ,rust, water dreg. Its trouble is lower than that of water cooling diesel engine by 27%.
4) Cylinder wall is suitable for high temperature and fast rising temperature, so its acidity erosion and friction are less than that of water cooled engine.
5) It has fast warm and good start-up function, so that it can be able to enter loading status in 5-6 minutes.
6) With high reliability, less trouble, long service life and easy operation, it can run well in normal technical maintenance
2.Alternator
Engine can be coupled with WT series A.C.synchronous brushless alternator( new-style designed by ourselves,with update international technology). It can also be matched with STAMFORD,LEORY SOMER, MARATHON alternator according to customers’ demand.
Gensets can be open type or soundproof (silent) type.

Gensets compliance with all main standards, such as :GB/T2820,ISO8528,IEC34,VDE0875-N

Rated voltage:400/230v, 440/254v, 220/127v, etc.

Rated frequency: 50/60hz
Rated speed: 1500/1800rpm
Excited type: Brushless, self excited or PMG
Insulation: Class H
Protection: IP21~IP23
Voltage regulation: AVR automatic control
Altitude above sea level: ≤1000 meters
Ambient air temperature: ≤40℃
Relative air humidity: ≤ 90%
